Love at first sight [ Imagination with Logan Lerman]

Chapter One: A Girl Can Dream

I always believe that dreams do come true. I mean, I’ve always dreamt of becoming an elementary school teacher and right now, I’m getting ready to start my first day of working at my neighbourhood elementary school. See? Dreams do come true. I mean, I’m not exactly a full-time teacher— not yet. I’m now  just an intern. BUT, that just mean that I’m closer to achieve my dreams now,  right? I turn to a poster right next to my make-up table. It’s a poster of the previous Percy Jackson movie, the Lightning Thief. “If Logan can do it, so can I.” I grins.
I took a deep breath and give my reflection a smile. Satisfied at how my look for the day, I grabbed my handbag and few files that stacked over my desk before leaving the apartment.
I looked up towards the clear sky while shielding my eyes from the raging sun, I smiles. The weather seems nice today. That’s mean, something good might happen today. Maybe not for me, but for someone else it might.
It’s my third month interning at the school and that’s mean, I only left another three month to teach. I’m so going to miss the children. They have been nothing but good to me and they behave very well. I never can understand why some people dislike children. They’re adorable and the way describe things can be really cute. Though, sometimes they do get into your nerves. But that’s just how they are. They’re kids. Sighs.
After a while, I finally arrive at the front gate of Sunny Side Elementary School. It’s a school in the middle of suburb area and many kids come from good family. I love the environments and both parents and teachers here are so friendly, very welcoming. Well, except for one.
I try my best not to roll my eyes as a red SUV parked right next to the principal’s car. The driver stepped out from the vehicles and she turns her half body towards me, “Well, looks who’s early,” she smirks.    Holly Schneider, an intern from North Bridge University and also doesn’t seem to be very fond of my existence. She actually worsen after one of my student’s  Masquerade Birthday Party last month. Yeah, kids nowadays. They really grow up too fast.
But back to Holly though, I don’t know what her problem is but she’s been getting on nerve quite frequent. But, I always try to ignore her as much as I could. I mean, I’m a lover, not a fighter. “Is that your grandma’s dress?” she asked, trying to keep up with my pace. I just shook my head and decided to just continue on my merry way towards the teacher’s office. I was about to enter the office when she slammed her slim hand over the door frame, blocking me from going further. I halted, sending her a small glared.  “How dare you ignore me, you peasants.” she hissed.
I rolled my eyes,“What do you want, Holly?”
    She scoffs, “Well, respect duh?”
I shook my head and bend down, passing below her arms as I continue on my pace. She’s acting like a child sometimes. I wonder how in the world did she even able to stay in school? Probably the rumour about her being related to the principal is actually real. I put my stuff on my desk and well, Holly being Holly, she purposely swung her arms over my nicely stacked test paper, causing the stacks to fell off the table and scattered on the ground. My jaws dropped in disbelief and quickly down to my knees to gather all the papers.
“You deserve it,” she stated and turns her stilettos towards her own desk. I groaned as I stood up, with all the papers hugged neatly over my chest.
“What are you doing under the table, Ms Miura?” it’s the principal. She was giving me a questioning look. I glance briefly at Holly, where she just gave me her usual witchy smirks. She knew I wouldn’t tell the principal the truth. Because if I did, she definitely going to change the whole story and I ended up being the one to blame. So, to hell with everything. I placed all the paper on my desk and shook my head, “Just a small incident, Mdm Principal,” I muttered.
The principal gave me another set of judging eyes and cleared her throat. “Good morning, teachers and assistant teachers.”
A murmured of ‘good morning’ echoed around the room. “Today, I have a few announcements. One, I want everyone to pass me the student’s midterm results. I believe all of you have it ready by now but just in case you need to do some adjustment, I expect it to be on my desk, the latest is by this evening.” she eyed each one of the teachers in the room and paused a short while before continues on, “Secondly, regarding the upcoming field trip for the 4th grader. There will be two venues available; the museum and filming set for the upcoming movie for the Greek Gods—-“ she paused, knitting her brows as if she was recalling something, “—-Percy Jordan, something.”
I can’t help but to squeal a little. Am I hearing this right? Oh my God, oh my God! I try to contain my excitement, for now. But then, it’s depends on the group though. I’m in group B. So I pray to God that my group would be choose to attend the filming set. “Okay, Group A. Mdm Angeline and Miss Chase, your group will go visit the—“
Please be museum, please be museum.
        “—-Museum.”
YES. YES, oh my God. I’m just glad that I didn’t screams my lungs out. “So, Group B. Ms Schneider and Ms Miura, your group will be visiting the filming set.” she adds. “The schedule will be given out tomorrow, so please come and retrieve it from my office.” and she continues with the rest of the announcement, which I didn’t actually pay attention too anymore. Now I’m just excited to relay this exciting information with my children. Oh, hopefully they’re going to be as excited as I am!

****

“Good morning, darlings.” I greeted the children as I placed my files on the desk in front of the class. “Good morning, Ms Miura,” they greeted me back in sing-a-song voice. I couldn’t help but to smile at that. “So,” I clasped my hands together, looking at each of the kids with twinkles in my eyes, “today I have an announcement to make.”
“Is this about the visits, Ms?” the only Asian kid, Brandon Lee raised his hand. I finger guns at him and winked, “That’s right! Ten point for Slytherins.”
He grins and then  the other kids raises their hands too, “Sophie?” I asked a girl with braided blonde hair, who flail her arms excitedly. “Where are we going?” and her questions echoed from the other kids as well. I put my fingers on my lips, asking them to put their voice down. The class was interrupted by someone clearing their throat. I turn my head towards the door, and scowled. It was Holly.
“Your kids is interrupting my class,” she glared at me, “If you can’t do your job right, just quit already,” she sneered, turning her heels away towards her class.
I just rolled my eyes. “She’s a bitch—-“
    I gasped, “Travis, bad words!”
The little boy startled and sank into his seat, “Sorry, Ms Miura…” he murmured. I put my hands over my hips, looking down at the guilty looking boy. I sighs, “It’s alright. But just so you know, it’s really not a good word.”
“But, my uncle can say it though, why can’t I?” he pouted.
I raised my brows. I wish to meet this uncle of his. “Well, it’s uh— adult words. Bad for kids.” I explained. Badly. Then I cleared my throat to catch everyone’s attention. “Okay, so… before Ms Holly were kind enough to interrupt us,”
A few chuckles could be heard coming from the kids. I grins, “So, our group will be visiting… drum roll please!”
The kids and I beat the desk in rhythms until I raise my hand up, “to the filming set of the upcoming Percy Jackson Movie!”I announced. A few gasped could be heard and some squeals erupted from the girls, especially. “Holy smokes! Really?” Regina, the class monitor asks.
I nods, smiling. Glad that my kids likes Percy Jackson too.
“Ms, you remember my uncle that went to the Regins’s birthday party last time? He works at the set too, you know!” Travis chimed in. His face lit up as he told me. I raised my eyes at him, “Really? Wow, maybe you can introduce him to me,” I smiled.
He nods, “You’re gonna like him” he said, wiggling his brows suggestively at me. I rolled my eyes and pinched his cheek. Travis is one of the naughtiest kids ever. I had problems dealing with him during my first few weeks but then, I realised that my way of reaching him was wrong. Slowly he open up to me and then I found out that his parents split up and that he was really close with his uncle. So it wasn’t that surprising when he came to the school party with his uncle last month.
“Tsk, tsk, You know I only have eyes for—“
“Logan Lerman!” the whole class shouted and laughter erupted around the classroom. I feel blushed crept on my cheek and shushed them, “Okay, that’s it. You guys are going to write me a 500 words essays,”
Disappointed ‘awh’ filled the class room, followed by the sound of the chairs being dragged across the room. I smiled as I watch them slowly back to their respective seats. “Write an essay about your favourite pet and pass it to me in two days time,” I added as I return to my desk in front of the class and flip my files open, “But for now, let’s continue our lessons from last week, shall we?” I suggest and our class ran smoothly that day.

Chapter Two: We’re Going on a Field Trip!

The day of the field trip is finally here. I wore my favourite off-shoulder white blouse and black skinny jeans, with black ankle boots. “Well, well, ain’t you look good,” Mdm Angeline commented as she threw one of her bear hug on me. I hugged her back, “Thanks, you don’t look bad yourself.” I said.
She waves her hand dismissively,
“There’s no need to dress up for dead guy statue, aren’t we?” Holly decided to join in. I saw Mdm Angeline roll her eyes, “Better than dressing like slu—“
“UH,” I pulled her arms, stopping her from finishing her sentence, “I think we better get back to our kids,” I grins nervously.  Mdm Angeline scoffs, “Good luck handling that witch,” she whispered to me and gave me an encouraging pats over my back as she left me with the princess. I sighs.
“And you,” Holly points at my clothes, “You really have a bad taste in clothing,” she commented, scrunching her nose as if she was smelling something bad coming from me.
I rolls my eyes at her and shook my head, “Whatever suits your taste, Ms Schneider.” I said and decided to just leave her there. But being Holly she is, she pulled my arms with force, causing me to stumble on my steps before facing the witch. And oh boy, she doesn’t look pretty.
“No one dares talk to me like that,” she gritted through her teeth, she actually dug her fingers into my skin, I grimace.
“Holly, you’re hurting me.” I cried. I could feel tears stung my eyes. Still glaring at me, she let go of my arms, “I swear, I’ll make sure that you won’t get Percy!” she warned and purposely bumped her shoulder with mine. Now, I feel like going to the museum sounds more fun than this. Sighs, this field trip is not going to be easy. She doesn’t even know his real name, for Pete’s sake.

***
Our arrival at the set was greet with warm welcome by the crew. I realised that we were visiting the Half-Blood Camp. I can’t wait to explore this place more. Maybe we can try some stunt as well. Imagine that. I definitely ask for pictures, if we’re allows, that is. I was standing at the very back of my kids, next to our bus driver. I was paying attention to the guards that giving a briefing on safety during the trip to the kids, when the bus driver elbowed me softly. I turn my gazed on the chubby man,
“I think that guy been looking at you since forever,” he said, nodding to one of the spots where most of the movie crew waiting for us. I knits my brows together and dart my gazed towards the place he nods to and I saw that one guy that I’m very familiar with. Logan freaking Lerman, and standing next to him is Jake Abel. gasped. He saluted at me. I look around me before looking back at him as I realized I was the only person who’s looking back at them. I hesitantly point at my chest, mouthing ‘me?’ and Jake nods. Grinning. Then, I noticed Logan shifted on his position and went whispering something to Jake, smiling with his teeth showing.
I can’t help but to squeal a little, feeling colour started to filling my cheeks. Jake Abel saluted me. But still, there’s no actual evidence that Loga saw me or been watching me, like the bus driver have claimed him to be, since he was wearing sunglasses. But if only his claim is real, I’d kill for it though. I bit my lips, trying to control my inner fangirl.
Few minutes later, we finally went into the set ground and was greeted by a friendly looking middle-aged women, wearing one of the costume.
“Hello, Sunny Side. You can call me Ms Gilda and I, on behalf of the crews, welcome to the Percy Jackson Half-Blood Camp!”  she announced. Everyone gave her hearty claps. “Before we get into the exploring part, let’s do some trivia questions first.” she grins.
“What we’re gonna get if we won the trivia?” Holly enquired. The women grins widen, “I’m glad you ask!” she winked, “So, the winner of this game will have the tour escorted by two stars of the movie itself.”
Wait what?! Wait, I only saw Jake Abel and Logan Lerman though. Does that mean—- Oh my God, Oh my God!
I arched my brows, exchanged glance with my little troop. “We’re so gonna win this, Ms!YEAH,” Regina, the class monitor shouted, punching her little fist into the air, followed by the rest of her classmates. I laughs and joins along.
“Alright, kids. I know it’s interesting and all but bad news, your teachers aren’t allows to join the team.” Ms Gilda said. Holly’s kid cried a disappointed ‘awh’ and some came among my kids too.
“We got this!” Jesica, the short haired brunette suddenly said, hit her fist onto her other palm. Her classmates shouted Yeah! I mouthed ‘sorry’ at Ms Gilda and bit my lips. My kids can be quite competitive. Especially when it comes to something they all interested in. “I’m just glad that we’re not going to Harry Potter movie set.” I whispered to the bus driver. “I’m so dead, if we did.”
His tummy bounced as he laughed.
“You should be ashamed with kids like yours. They’re sooooo out of control,” Holly sneered, loud enough for the whole set to hear her. I just rolled my eyes and pretend that I didn’t hear it.
The trivia began.
***
My kids win the trivia round and since most of them voted for Luke Castellan. We get Jake Abel as our personal tour guide. I’m not complaining though it’s a bit disappointing. And, well. Holly’s group gets Logan Lerman of course. Good bye, my love. Hope to see you again.
We arrives at training grounds and  we all sat on the matted ground while watching Jake explaining a few things about the place and how they do the stunt and everything. He was talking about one sword fighting tricks and turn to me.“Okay, Ms Teacher. Care to join me here, please?” he gave his hand to me. I arched my brows at him. “Go, Ms Miura!” Sophie encouraged me and a couple of students cheers me on. I rolls my eyes in defeat. “Oh, alright!” I grins, accepting his hand. He brought me into the centre of the training spot and grabbed the wooden sword from one of the crew, handing it to me. I take it and stood there.
“So, this is Damien,” he introduce a buff looking guy wearing an armor suit, with a wooden swords in his hand, “He and I will first show you how to do the sword flinging, then… You’ll be facing me,” he explained, doing the ‘I’m-watching-you’ gesture at me. I grins nervously. “Pay attention, alright?” he reminds and I nods.
The did the swinging, so I try my best to watch their every movement. I’m not good at fighting but I can say I’m a fast learner. They show me a few times more before finally it’s my turn. My kids cheers on me. “Ain’t you famous?” Jake teased.
I giggles and shrugs smugly at him. He laughs, “Alright, ready?” he asked, ready on his attacking stance. I gripped my sword tight and started swinging at him. Left! Right! Turn, Sway, Duck! “Up!” I muttered, blocking his attack that coming from above my head.
“You’re good!” he amused, taking a few steps back, “But I bet you don’t see this co—“ he gave me a surprise attack but I’m glad I have my fast reflect that I turn my swords around, above my head and cross block his attack. “-Damn, girl. You got move,” he grins.
I cross my legs and bows at him,“Thank you,” and my kids cheers as they runs up to me and gave me hugs. It’s actually just some moves I learned from Dante of Devil May Cry the game. But, not anyone has to know that.  I handed the swords back to Damien and he clapped my shoulder, complimenting my moves. I thanked the huge guy and turn to the Kids and Jake.
“Isn’t that fun watching your teacher busting some moves?” he ask, making some punching movement and causing a laughter erupted from the kids as they agrees with him. I grins.
“Thought so.  And I have feelings that some of you here would love to learn some of the moves as well,” a couple of students shouted yeah at him, “Alright, but before I let you do that, any questions so far?”
One by one, the kids raises their hands, asking him question non stop. But he’s very patience with the kids. After a Q&A sessions that feel endless, he finally let the kids go.
“Don’t go to far, darlings!” I warned them. Only a few gave me nods and thumbs up. The rest the scrambles around. I just watched them as they go.
“Hey,” Jake greeted me. I could feel my heart beats excitedly against my chest but I should keep thing professional since this is a field trip. Like Mdm Angelina told me ‘Have fun, but not too much fun. You got 20 kids to take care of.’
“Hey.. Hi, big fans,” I grins, and we shook hands. “Really?” he asked, leaning back and crossed his arms over his bulky chest, standing casually next to me, like we’ve been knowing each other for long. “Hard to tell,” he said, lifting one brows up as he glance at me. I can see that he’s trying to tease.
I facial shrugged at him, “Eh, just trying to stay on your good side,” I winked, trying hard not to grin widely.
He point his finger at me, grinning amusingly, “I like you.”
I curt at him a little, “Well, thank you.” I said, “But honest. Big fans.”
“Yeah, I know.” he grins, “I mean, what’s not to like, hm?” he joked spread his arms wide, showing his chest to me. I shook my head, “Okay, that’s it. I rebuke my membership from your fanclub.” We both laughs. Then fell onto a comfortable silence as we both watch the kids. Once in a while I would call up on them.
“Where did you learn the move though?” he break the silence between us.
I retracted my lips to the side, wonder how can I answer him without sounding too nerdy, “Uh, well.” I inhales, “Actually, it was a move, I learn from a game call Devil May Cry.”
He look at amused.
    “Yeah…..” I stated awkwardly.
He snorts, “That’s actually pretty awesome,” Now, it’s my turn to look surprise. “I can it now, why he can’t stop telling me about you,” I arched my brows at him but he just gave me a knowing smile and winked at me“Okay, guys! Let’s go to the next spot,” he clapped his hands together, reassembling the kids back to where we first assembled.
***

Chapter Three: Little game of Guess Who.

We arrives at another spot. It was a refreshment place. “This is our checkpoint for today.” Jake announced. “I know that all of you are thirsty and probably hungry by now,” he smiles at the kids. Energetic yeah echoed from the group. “Yeah, that’s the spirit!” he chuckles, “But, before we can get some refreshments, we must play a game.” he added and one of the crew handed him a piece of black cloths.
One of the kids gasped, “Are we gonna play the ‘Guess Who’ games?”
“Very good—“
“James,” he stated his name excitedly.
“Alright. Well, as J has said, it’s a game of Guess Who.” Jake said. “And Ms Teacher have to be it.” Jake wiggle his brows at me and my kids too, all focused on me now. I slump my shoulder in defeat, “Okay, fine.” I threw my hands in the air and walk forward and settle next to Jake. Jake grins. A mischievous grins if I have to say. I eyed him skeptically.
“Don’t you trust me?” he asked in mocking hurt voice.
“Of course not. You’re the bad guy.” Theresa replied. I laughs, “You heard her.” I said.
Still laughing, Jake shook his head, “Alright, fair point. Now, let’s get your eyes blinded.” he said, motion me to turn away from him. He carefully put the cloths over my eyes, closing my line of sight. “Alright, so the game is simple. Your teacher here, just need to find….” he paused. I guess he was looking for the person who I need to find, “You, Travis right?” he asked, still tying the cloths behind my head.
“Yep!” I heard Travis voice.
“Alright, now. In count of three, everyone runs.” he cried. “Let’s count together!”
“One!”
“Two!”
“Three!” and I could hear their tiny footsteps scrambled around and excited shrieks and squeals all around. Well, this will be very interesting.
“Alright, Travis!” I called. “I —- got ya!” I grabbed someone, and an adorable giggle coming from the person, “Wrong!” they cried. “I’m Evan!”
“Aw,” I let them go, pouting as I put my hands on my waist.
“Two more tries, Ms Teacher!” Jake shouted. He sounded a little far than where I’m currently standing. I scrunched my nose, feeling a little dissatisfied but decided to still going for it. “I’m here, Ms!” I heard Travis voice, coming from behind me. I turn towards it and caught another person, “Aha!”
“Nopeee!” the kids said in unison and laughs. I pressed my lips,  pretending to be fuming, “Oh, I’m so going to get you Travis!” I cried and start to blindly runs around. And after a while, I heard Travis calling me up again. “You can never catch me!” he said, singing every words. I runs towards the direction of his voice and “Oof!” I bumped with something, or someone— I guess it was someone because I was about to fall flat on my back but whoever it is, break my fall by pulling me towards them. “Thanks,” I said, breathily. I was having a little heart attack because of that little almost falling moment and with my eyes covered, it just doubled the fear. “Whew,”
I could heard a deep chuckles coming from the person. It wasn’t Jake for sure. That guy definitely just laughed at me. I pulled my blinds off my head and found myself staring at the face that I’ve been wanting to meet. My heart skips a beat.
He look at me concerned, “You’re okay?”
I barely nods at him. I just find it hard to look away. “I uh…” I stared a little while longer before clearing my throat and look down, noticing that he still have his arms around me and my hands rested on his chest. I pushed him lightly  and granted a small smile at him, “Thanks, really.”
He smiles back. Gosh, that smile is just sighs dreamily. Okay wake up. I clears my throat once more and turns to look at my grinning kids. I gave them a warning glares before look around, looking for Jake Abel. As soon as I lay my eyes on him, I waved to get his attention, “Can the kids get their refreshments, now?”
“Of course,” he nods and handed me a glass of red wine. I motion the kids to line up and told them to behave and take turns. I look back at Jake and smile politely at him, “Um, no. On duty,”
“Oh c’mon. You lost at the game.”
I sighs and took the glass in hesitant, “Fine. I mean, when does one’s ever get a glass of wine for losing?”
Jake laughs. Then he raise his glass at someone behind me, “Ah, the main character.”
I turn to look at the person he referring too. Logan. And Holly. Of course. I took a sip of my wine. “Hi, Mr Jake Abel. I’m a huge fans.” she presented her hand for a shake. Jake shook it. “And you are?”
“Holly, Holly Schneider.” she smiled.
“Speaking of names,” Jake turns to me, “I think I haven’t got your name, yet.”
I looked up at him, and thought for a moment. “Yeah, I think you never did.” and took another sip and let conversation end there.
“Being mysterious, I see?” Logan chimed in.
I gave him a facial shrugs. “It just makes things more interesting, doesn’t it?” I said, taking another sip, trying to hide the blush on my cheek. I glanced briefly at him and noticed that he still looking. I looked down to my glass. “So,” Holly clears her throat, “Girlfriend?” She asked, leaning closer to Logan.
“Married,” Jake cuts in, showing his wedding rings on his left hand. I giggles.
“Nice ring.” I told him and he gave his hand to me so I can have a better view. I scoffs a laughs, “This reminds me of my sister, she’s really a huge fans of yours, and when we found out you got married to Allie, she cries for days.”
    “Whoa, really?”
I chuckles and nods.
“Tell her I’m sorry,” Jake smiles.
“Uh, weirdo alert.” Holly commented. I just gave her a stare. “I mean, I can never understand why people can be so obsess with something or someone like that?” she wonder. “It is so unhealthy.” she added, scrunching her nose in disgust. Says a girl who have Chris Hemsworth pictures filling her drawers.
“Well, I remember I was obsessing with the ninja turtles once,” Logan shrugs. and we lock eyes.
“Awh, that’s cute.” Holly smiles sweetly at him, while touching his arms. I raised my brows and want to take another sip but my glass already empty.  I guess it’s time for me to go back and check on the kids. “Your glass empty,” Jake points out.
“Do you wanna a refill?” Logan asked. I look at him and shook my head, “Nah, I need to check on the kids. Thanks, though.”
Holly sighs in slight annoyance, “Can you just lives a little?” she commented. “The kids’ fine.”
I put up a strain smile, “I’m still on duty,” and excused myself from there.

Chapter Four: Be the Bigger Person

I walks towards my kids, mingling with Holly’s kids and some of the staff were keeping eyes on them while talking to each other. “Miss!” Travis and his best friend, Brandon run towards me.
“Hey, guys. Having fun?”
They nods excitedly. “You like my uncle, yet?” he asked. I knitted my brows at him and crouch so I’m on his eye level, “I’m not sure if I met him yet.”
“Of course you did,” he said, “He did saved you,”
I arched my brows at that and I was going to ask him more when a scream and crying started to be heard not far from here. I look over Travis’ shoulder and saw Regina was fighting with one of Holly’s kids. I gasped and quickly on my feet, breaking them from keep on pulling each other’s hair. Well, more like Holly’s kid is the one who’s pulling Regina’s hair. “Stop it, this instant!” I commanded and the girl let go of Regina’s hair. Regina runs to me and hugged my waist, crying over my stomach. “What happen?” I asked her and look back at the other girl, “What happen?”
“She stole from me!” accused the girl.
“Reggie?” I stared at the sobbing little girl. She shook her head vigorously. I knew Regina. She’s a very well-behaved girl and always have her discipline in check. That’s why I chose her to be the class monitor. She would never steal from anybody. But I can’t be bias her—-
“What happen here?” I heard Holly jogs in her heels, towards us. The girl repeated the same thing to her and she fumed at Regina, “Well, just give her back whatever you stole from her. Problem solves”
“You can’t just think Regina did it,” I scowled at her.
She scoffs, “Are you saying that my student is lying?”
I open and close my mouth but nothing came out. “But it was Angie who stole the pin from Reggie!” Theresa cuts in, pointing at the girl.
“I am not! She did!” Angie fumed.
    “You did!” Theresa fought back.
“Be quiet both of you!” Holly snapped.
“Theresa, please.” I pulled her lightly and put her besides me. “Okay, give me the pin,” I said and Regina put the pin on my palm. It was a small pin with Universal Studio of the Warner Bros logo printed on it. I crouched down and asked quietly, “Who gave you this?”
Regina sniff and turns to look at one of the crew guy. He was young, around 20s. But he was busy talking to his other crews. “I saw it on the ground—,” her voice choked, “And I ask him if it belongs to him and then, he told me that I can have it.” she explained. I sighs.
“Do… Do you believe me, miss?” her eyes brimmed with tears once more and I pulled her into a hugs. “I do,…Of course, I do” I whispered to her, rubbing her back. “I tell you what,” I said, breaking the hugs. I look at her eyes,  “Give this to Angie—“ I saw a tinge of sadness in her eyes, but she took the pin from me and stared at it longingly. “—And I promise to get you a better pin, okay?” I told her, quietly. She stared at me with her eyes widened, “Really?”
I nods, “I promise.” and she smiles. I stood up. Regina turns herself to face Angie and handed to pin over.Angie snatched it from her and runs towards her friend. Holly let out a frustrated sighs, “It would be much easier if she just admit it from the first place,”
I roll my eyes at Holly. “There’s nothing to be admit,” I stated. “The pin was belong to Reggie.”
“Really?  You can just say that to protect them,” she crossed her arms over her chest.
I glared at her and was going to say something offensive but I decided it’s better to just let things slide. We are representing the Sunny Side name here. “You know what, I don’t care.” I sighs and called out to my kids telling them to assemble. I was just about turn around when I feel a great force pushing me and caused me stumble on my feet, falling on my side. “Ow,” I scraps my elbow in the process and looked up to Holly who smirks victoriously at me. I can’t believe this witch. What is her problem?
I heard my students calling out for me, asking if I’m alright. I gave them a brief smile before glaring back up at the witch. “What is wrong with you?!” I  barked. And there I saw Logan, Jake and few of their crew started to gather around.
Holly pretended to be shook at the accusation I just stated, “You’re the one who fell, what its got to do with me?!” she argued back. I could feel a tears stinging on my eyelids that I just glared at her. She’s going to make a scene if I keep on arguing her. I just decided to get up and dust the sands off the scratch on my elbow. I took deep breath and gave her the last glares before ushering my kids away from there.
***
“I’m sorry about what happen.” Ms Gilda said as she settled next to me, handing me the plaster. I smiled weakly at her, “It’s nothing, really.”
“Oh, rumours fly fast around here, girly. I know it’s not nothing,” She whispered knowingly at me. “And just a secret between us,” she glanced around before leaning closer to me, “I don’t like that Ms Schneider either,” she nods, scrunching her nose. “She’s a bit—“ motioning a circle with her chubby finger around her temple.
A smile slowly widened on my lips, “She’s not that bad.”
One brows raised, as if she ask me if I’m for real. I chuckles, “Okay, she is pretty loony,”
Ms Gilda smile proudly, “Well, hit me up once you’re ready to go,” she patted my shoulder and left my side. I sighs loudly and watched the kids as they play with one another. I noticed that my kids getting mixed up with Holly’s. It’s alright I guess. It’s one of the purpose for this field trip anyway. It’s for bonding. Sighs.
It’s been a long day. I fish out my phone to check on the time, it’s just past noon.
“Waiting for a call?” A voice came out beside me. I look at the voice owner, and it was Logan. He handed me a coke. “Boyfriend, maybe?” he asked again, raising one brow up at me. I giggles and take the coke from his hand, “No, no boyfriend.”
I saw his face lit up. But I didn’t really get to see it clearly because he was taking a sip of his coke. I guess I must be seeing wrong. “Really?” he wonder, tilting his head as he look squarely at me. I mimicked him, “Why do you wanna know?” I asked back. Damn, Pgie. You’re on fire. If I don’t know any better, I am flirting with him. I must thanked the wine Jake’s gave me.
A slight smile curve at the end of his lips, “Maybe I’m just curious, Ms—“
I straightened myself. I know what he’s trying to do. He wants to know my name. “I’m not falling for that trick,” I leans in closer, “Mr. Lerman.” I whispered, smirking at him and stood up from my seat. I saw his eyes follows my movement, still grinning he is. Damn, girl. I’m just glad that he can’t hear my heart beating so fast against my chest. “Anyway, thanks.” I waved him the coke he gave me and walks towards Ms Gilda, telling her we’re ready for the next event.

***
“I saw that,” Ms Gilda grin teasingly at me, bumping her hips with mine. I laughs. “You two would make a cute couple,” she commented.
“Me and him?” I chuckles, “Like that going to happen,”
“Well, I’d say it would.” she winked once more before turning her attention to the kids. “Alright, children. Are you ready for the next event?” she asked and a set of excited cheers fill the ground.
“That’s the spirit! Okay, who’s up for some treasure hunting?” and the kids cheers. Ms Gilda laughs and start to explain the rules to them. “The crew will keep an eye on you guys to avoid cheating.” she said and turns to me, “How many kids in your class?”
“Uh,” I look around, and retracted my lips, wondering how I wanna explain the mix up to her. “It’s kinda mix up with the other group a bit, so I kinda have extra students now…” I told her apologetically.
Ms Gilda chuckles and pat my shoulder, “The more the merrier.” and she started to hurdle up the kids and divide them into 5 smaller group, each group have 5 students. And…. “Where’s your group?” I asked. Travis and Brandon exchange glance. “Well,” Travis kick the small stone, as he try to explain.
“Uh, Travis had team but I don’t. So he thought, maybe we both can be in team, like duo?” Brandon explained. I realized that he’s making a sense. The numbers become uneven because of some additional students to the group. I put my hand over my waist and think for a moment. I turn Ms Gilda and wonder if she can break the students into four person in a group instead. “But’s that’s gonna leave two students without a group,” she stated.
“Yeah, well. I figures that I might need some assistance.” I smiled at her. She look down at the two little boy standing right behind me. Then she nods and regroup the kids. Travis and Brandon helped me to distribute the first clues to their classmates.
“Okay, You all have 2 hours to find the treasure, and meet your teacher at the refreshment points,” Ms Gilda prompted. The kids nod understandably. “And the game start…. Now!” she pressed her stopwatch and the kids started to run around the place in group.
I turn to the other two, “Let’s go to the finishing point,” I told them, putting my arms on each of their shoulder as we walk side by side at the finishing line.

Chapter Five: Secret Reveals

I was sitting by the bench, together with Travis and Brandon who were telling me a story of the adventures they had during their last summer together. “—-And then, my uncle say, ‘You’re good at fishing, Travie!’,” he said, with his hand both on his waist, mimicking who was suppose to be his uncle. I laughs softly at his cute attempt.
“So, I take that you like fishing now?” I asked him, with my elbow propped up as I rested my chin over my knuckles.
Travis grins and glance at Brandon, “We both are.”
“But like, do you remember that one time we went to the water slide?” Brandon reminisce and Travis faced lit up as he remembered the same event. “Oh, yeah, yeah! The water slide is sick!”
I smile warmly at both of the boys as they excitedly sharing stories. I miss my childhood.
“Hey, you.”
That voice again. I glance over my shoulder and smiles, “Hey.”
Logan smiles. “Uncle Lou!” Travis chimed and left his sit to give him a hug. I arched my brows, “Wait…” I frowned, glance wonderingly at Travis who is still half-hugging Logan. “He’s your uncle?” I enquired.
Travis grins proudly, “The one and only,”
“What.” I feel like my whole world spinning around me. I— shit. I look at Travis alarmingly and he gave me a teasing grins. I told them about my crush on Logan. I told his nephew about my crush on him. I feel colour started to drain off me.
Logan soft stifles brought me back to presence, “I don’t know what happens between you two, but it’s cute.” he commented. I exchange look with Travis.
“I’ve told you. Ms Miura is cute!” Travis stated, he sound annoyed a little.
“Yeah, you’ve told me that many times,” He remarked, “But I couldn’t agree more.” he winked at me and grinning at his little nephew. Wow.
“I’m sorry, I just—-“ I put both hands on my temple, “Wow…” I breathe out, loud enough for them to hear me. Logan chuckles and settle down next to me, leaving only few inch between us, “Take your time.” he said, bringing his nephew onto his lap. Brandon on the other hand, patting my thigh reassuringly.
“He didn't tell you anything weird, right?” I asked, narrowing my eyes at him. I need to make sure my secret is safe.
Logan look at me amused, “Weird like….?”
    “I don’t know,… something, anything?”
“Hm,…” Logan leans back, “They told me lots of things,.. So you have to be very specific about that,” he said. I twisted my lips, thinking how I want to approach the topic. The fact that I’ve been showing my fangirl side on Logan Lerman in front of all 20 of them. And worst, in front of his nephew. Travis and Brandon giggles. I narrowed my eyes at Travis, especially.
“Your secret is save with us.” Travis put one hand up and the other on his chest. I eyed his skeptically, “ Can I really trust you, Travis McKellan?” I asked in deep voice.
He scrunched his face, and reply with his best gruff voice,“You have my word.”
Logan laughs, “Aren’t you guys cute?” he asked, more like stating it. I blushed. Literally forgotten about him there for a second. Gosh.
“So, what is this secret you guys been talking about?” Logan asked. I quickly glanced at Travis.
Travis smiles mischievously and answers, “If I told you, it’s no longer a secret, right Miss?”
    I’m amused. “Good answer, Travis.”
“Extra mark?”
“Nice try,” I finger gun him and he pouted. I took a deep breath, “It still hard to be believe though, like—- I’ve been teaching your nephew without even knowing about it,” I said. I’m literally mind-blown right now. Another chuckles coming from him, “That’s because I told him not to tell,” Logan smile and high-fived with his nephew.
I place my arm around Brandon’s shoulder and look at him, “So, this means, you too, know about it?”
Brandon shrugs nonchalantly. I narrowed my eyes on him and he did the same, “You’re good….” I sneered. He smirks. “Points for Slytherins, then?” he asked.
“Hm, for tricking your favourite teacher?” I tilted my head at him, “I think not,” and pinched his cheek. He laughs. “Slytherin?” Logan asked.
I smiles, “Yeah, we have this arrangements in class—“
“I’m in Gryffindor!” Travis announced proudly. Logan arched his brows proudly at him, “Wow, that’s really cool! I always knew you’re a brave little soldier.”
I giggles at their interaction. “How does this little arrangements goes?” He asked, now looking at me. I took a breath, I never knew he could have this so much effect on me. I mean, I always imagine how it feel like if we’re happen to date or something but wow,  now that he’s really here with me. It just feel so surreal and he was just act like I imagine him to. Gentle. “Well,” I cleared my throat, “Hm…. I give them ten questions and sort them according to their answers.”
    I see him nodding understandably.
“But, it was suppose to be just some random activities. I never thought they would take their houses seriously.”
Logan chuckles, “So, that’s where the points-giving system comes in,”
    I nods, laughing softly.
“Ms Miura actually told us many facts about Harry Potter,” Travis said.
“And Percy Jackson too,” Brandon chimes in. Logan looks at me amused, “This kinda make me feel like going back to school again,” he said.
“Well, mostly just runs them with some random facts on pop cultures,”
“Interesting nonetheless.” He remarks. We both exchange smiles. It still feels like a dream that I sat here with Logan Lerman, have a conversation and exchange smiles like this. Sighs dreamily. I’m definitely dreaming.
“So, like…. Are you the one who taught Travis the B-word then?” I asked as I recall back the word Travis said out loud during our class, few days prior.
Logan eyes dilated and turn to Travis who grin guiltily at him, “You said the word?” he asked his nephew.
Travis head sunk onto his neck, “Well, I heard you and Uncle Dean say it, so I thought….”
“I swear, I didn’t teach him,” he said, still look surprised at the news.
I stares skeptically at him, “Hmmm… I don’t know… Travis did told me that he learn from his uncle,”    I crossed my arms.
He slumps his shoulder and exchange glance with Travis. Then, I couldn’t contain it, so I laughs. They scowled at me. “Aw, I’m just messing with you both,” I said.
He sighs in relief, “You got me good,”
I grins and turn to Travis, “But I meant it though. It’s a really bad words.”
“I promise I won’t say it again.” Travis said meekly.
I ruffles his hair and smiles, “I know.”
Then, suddenly a thought cross my mind, “But, aren’t you suppose to be with Holly’s group though?”
I guess, I caught him off guard that I actually notice a fainted blush crept on his cheek. Logan runs his fingers through his hair, “I… Uh,” he glanced at me briefly and a nervous chuckles escape from his lips. “I actually… sneak out from the group to find you,” he confessed.
I could feel my breathing stop. He’s kidding right? “F-find me? Why?”
“Well, I don’t know if you remember, I—-“
“Oh, look! It’s Theresa’s group,” Brandon points out. I tore my gaze from his and look at the winner of the challenge. I grins proudly at Theresa and the gang, “Congratulation, you guys!”
Theresa grins and present me an envelope. Slowly the place filled with the other students as well, along with Ms Gilda and some crews. “Logan, what are you—-“ Ms Gilda paused and shook her head and shoot us a knowing smile, “You know what, whatever.” she laughs and turns her focus towards the kids.
“Whew, wasn’t that fun?” she asked. The kids agreed with her. “Alright then, congratulation for the winner and good job for the rest!” she said, “So Ms Miura, would you kind enough to open the envelope for us?”
I nods and proceed to tear open the envelope. There’s a letter inside and I unfold it, “We, the Percy Jackson crew would like to invite you to join us for Campfire tonight.” I read out loud and as usual, the kids gave us a very cheery responds.
“Is that a yes I heard?” Ms Gilda asked, cupping her hand over her ear. The kids shouted a loud yeah for her. “Awesome, now! I need your help to bring the refreshment to camp fire site. Can you do that for me?” she asked, with her hands clasped together as if begging at the kids. I shook my head and smiles at her.
“YES!” the shouted and started to help the crew with the stuff.
“Whew~ Glad that’s over,” Ms Gilda brush her hands across her forehead, wiping the invisible sweat, “How can you deal with them everyday?”
I shrugged, “They’re okay, I guess.”
Ms Gilda roll her eyes but then smile, “And you, what are you doing here? Aren’t you suppose to be with the other group?” she asked, now directed to Logan. I was asking the same question.
Logan grins sheepishly. “Well, I uh…”
Ms Gilda raised her brows, demanding answer. “Uh, I got lost?” he replied, unsurely.
She gave him a judging look but waves at him dismissively. “I’m sure he just finding excuse to be with you,” she whispered to me and winked as she leave me with Logan. I could feel myself started to blush once more.
“We should go and help,” I stated, suddenly feeling a little awkward being left alone with just the two of us there.
He nods, “Yeah, let’s.”

Chapter 6: Confession

We’ve just finished arranging the refreshments on the table when Holly and her group arrives. I guess they went on full tour of the set.  Her kids started to mingle with mine and she went towards me. Her heels clacked against the cements. “Finally, I see that you’re good at something,” she said. I don’t know if she’s complimenting me or the other way around. But I’m sure it was the latter.
I just keep arranging the drinks, ignoring her.
I can sense her glaring at me and she let out a sighs, “Where’s Lou? I thought he asks me to meet him here.”
I glances briefly at her, “…. Why don’t you asks the staff?”
“I did, and they say he was with you,”
        “Well, they’re wrong.”
“Hm, funny.” I caught her taking a sip of her drinks through the corner of my eyes. “Maybe he’s preparing.” I could hear smirks in her voice, as she put her cup on the table. “Aren’t you curious about what’s he been preparing for me?”
I want to ignore her but I can’t help but to be curious. I turn to her with my arm cross over my chest, “You got my attention. Just spill everything, Holly.”
Her smirks grew wider and I started to regret saying that. She leans in, “Lou and I, is going to make this night very special,” she whispered to me in a sultry kind of voice. I swallowed hard and break our eye contact. “I don’t care.” and turns back to the table.
“Of course you care.” she sneered. “You like him.”
I stopped and glared at her, “Then why are you telling me?”
She smirks. Oh, only God knows how much I want to slap that smirks of off her face. “Because, like I’ve told you.” she flip her hair, “I won’t let you have him.”
I was taken aback for a second. I really don’t know what’ her problem with me. I wish I could read mind. So I decided to ask her. It’s now or never, “Why are you keep on doing this, Holly?”
“Doing what?” she pretended not to understand me or because she’s just daft.
I rolled my eyes, “Well, this! Making everything a competition,”
“I do not,…” She scoffs, “What are you even saying?”
I decided to ignore her question, “Not everything is a competition, Holly. Hell, I’m not even trying to compete with you,”
“Like I said, I am not competing with you.” she raised her voice a little.
“Really? And telling me about you and Logan special night isn’t a way to tell me that you won him?”
She went silence and stared down at me.
“Figures.” I said and continue arranging the drinks. I heard she huffed and then, she throw her half-drank water at me before stalking away. I gasped. Geez, thank God it was just water. I take the tissues and start wiping the water dripping on my blouse. “Are you okay?” Ms Gilda asked, concerned.
“Yeah, it just water. Don’t worry.” I smiled reassuringly at her.
“That little witch, what is her problem anyway?” she wonder.
“I’ve been wondering the same thing since the first day I start my intern,” I replied. Ms Gilda just shook her head, “I can’t imagine how you’re dealing with her,”
“This is normal,.. But I guess I push her button today,” I pressed my lips together, suddenly regret saying the things I’ve said.
“Well, I was just started to wonder why you didn’t do it sooner,” Ms Gilda replied. I laughs, “But then again, it might be weird if she suddenly being nice to me.” I shivers at the thought.
Ms Gilda laughs, “Can’t imagine which is worst…”
I smiles. “So, is there anything else?”
“No, you’ve help a lot.” Ms Gilda smile at me, “Why don’t you go and relax? You deserve a break.”
“I might take you on that,” and I left the compound.
***
I went back to the break point, or the checkpoint as Jake Abel called it. I went towards the table in the middle and sat on it, hugging my legs close to my chest.
The evening wind is pretty chilly that I shivers a little every time it grazed my bare skins. And having my half blouse wet, is just not really helping at time like this. I wish I brought my jacket or maybe extra clothes. Sighs. At least the sunset looks pretty. I decided to lay on the table and watch the skies. I’m glad I took the offer to take the break. This is what I really need. After everything that happen. I’m still feel  a little overwhelmed honestly. Things with Logan Lerman, knowing Logan is Travis’ uncle and Holly. Today feels like one complete scene in a romance movie or maybe books. But either one, it does feel that way. So many dramas, so many information I need to process. Sighs. But at least, I’m able to meet my celebrity crush though.
But I’m curious. Why did he say he wanted to find me? Could it be that he’s the same uncle that Travis brought to the party? But that could be his brother though. I mean, he must be busy filming this movie. But he could ask for an off day. He seems to be pretty close with Travis. Wow. If Logan Lerman is exactly who I thought he was, wow… I flirted with him. Even before he knows me. Wow.
But that just impossible for him to know it was me, right? It was a masquerade party after all. I’m pretty positive I wore my mask whole night and I won't know he was Travis’ uncle if not because of Travis who introduced him to me. Sighs
I was still losing in my thought when a familiar face come in my views. I startled a little but quickly composed myself as I recognized him. All too well.
“Hey,” that same beautiful grins. I blinked to regain my focus and smiled back at him.
“May if I join you?” he asked, still looking down at me. We’re like the Spiderman upside-down kissing scene. Just that he was standing and looking down at me, since I’m lying on the table, and minus the kissing part. “Sure, make yourself comfortable.”
And he lay down right next to me. He was so close that I could faintly smell his perfume. “I’ve been looking for you.” He said, with his face looking at me. I’m still trying to calm my beating heart, so I just focused my eyes at the starry night sky. “Oh? May I know why?”
I could sense him shrugging, but still locked his eyes on me. “I believe I still owe you an explanation.”
And that manage to make me turn my head to look at him. Our eyes instantly met with one another and he just took my breath away, just like that. I blink, “Explanation on what?” I said, almost whispering. I don’t know why I did that but I guess, I just want the conversation we had stayed between us. Just us.
He gave me a weak smile, “Explanation on why I look for you, and—-“ he paused and I noticed his eyes trailed to my lips. I suddenly feel conscious about my chapped lips that I gave it a quick lick. A small smile curved at the end of his lips, briefly and he looked back into my eyes. “—Why I feel the need to explain to you.”
I took another shaky breath. Damn, this guy really have his way of making me losing oxygen. “Tell me, then.”
He stared at me for a second before bring himself onto sitting position.“I think you wouldn’t believe me if I say, that we’ve actually met once.” he glanced shyly at me.
Huh? Well, I guess one of my theory is right. Wait, oh shit dawg. That’s mean I did flirted with him before. I try not to let my thought shows on my face. “Well, I’ve uh— been thinking about it too, actually.” I scratch my earlobe, bringing myself into sitting position as well.
He seems amused and start to shift his body more towards me that our knees almost touching. “Yeah, pray to tell about this theory of yours?” he leans in, giving me full attention.
I blushed at how he look at me that I broke our gaze by looking down my hands, “Well briefly,” I shrugs and tilted my head a little as I look back at him, “Travis… He uh…. since the starting of this field trip, he been asking me if I’ve met his uncle yet? And then, after you saved me this afternoon, he ask me what I think about you,” I said. He slowly nods, but didn’t say a word. So I continues, “…And then you’ve been telling me that you’ve been looking for me… And I just…. You know, put two and two together and came to a conclusion that you are the uncle that went to the party last time.” I said.
    He nods, “Okay…. but?”
I took a shaky breath. What if my theory wrong? It would be very shameful of me. Aaaaah! “But—“ I nods, more to myself actually, “It was a masquerade party, sooooo……” My voice trailed off, looking at him awkwardly. Logan just chuckles at me. Then, gave me another stare before looking straight upfront. He clearing his throat, “Well, I actually already knew it was you,” he confessed, glancing at me through his shoulder.
My jaws dropped then I frowned,“How?”
An awkward chuckles escape from his lips. “Well, I er…. Kinda saw you coming out from the kitchen without your mask on.”
And a rush of memories hit my memory box. I remember now. That night, there was one time I didn’t put my masks on because I was busy helping out with the snacks. I scoffs, “Well, that just unfair, doesn’t it.” I breathe out.
“Why?”
I gasped, stared at him alarmingly. “I didn’t mean to say that out loud though,”
He snickered, “I guess it does a little unfair.” he sighs. I scoffs, “So, you knew it was me all along.”
He nods and gave me an apologetic look. “I knew you’re a fans, so—“
Hold up. Hold the F up. “Wait,” I leans back.
He bit his lips, looking guiltier than ever. I gasped, “You knew?”
He nods, “Travis told me, but that was before I even met you,” he adds. I feel like my world went black for a second there. I took a deep breath and try to process everything. I can’t blame Travis for it. I mean, Travis told him before he knew me. So, I guess, maybe— Maybe gasped  Maybe he feel weird since now that I knew Travis is his nephew and all, so maybe—- just maybe, he just wanted to confront me for it. Gosh, I’m so stupid thinking that he would genuinely like me. Whew. Alright, Pgie. Face it like a man. Hurahh!
I breathe slowly. “I understand.” I said quietly. Just enough for him to hear me. Then, I climb down the table and pace a little further away from him before turning back to face him, “I’m sorry.”
    “Sorry?”
I sighs, “I’m sorry if you feel weirded out about it. I can promise you that I’m able to put my personal life and my professional career separately.”
His brow furrowed. He look even more confuse than he ever was. “O….kay, you confuse me.”
“I mean,”I roll my eyes, and sighs in defeat. “Even though I’m a fan of yours, I won’t treat Travis differently even after that I knew he’s related to you.”I explained. He stared at me for a second before bursting out laughing.
“What? Isn’t that why you wanna look for me though?” I scowled. Still laughing, he came onto me and cupped my face with his hands, “Oh, Pgie, Pgie, Pgie…. Can you stop being adorable for a second?” he asked, begging as he still chuckling. He then, closes his eyes and rested his forehead on mine. I just stared at him. My breath choke as I realised how close we both are.
“That is not why I was looking for you,” he finally speaks. His eyes once more bores into mine. Smiling,  he rubbed his thumbs softly on my cheek. “I was gonna tell you that I just can’t stop thinking about you after the party.” He whispered. My heart start beating fast once more and my throat feel dries. “We had our moment that night, I’m sure of it… and I prayed so hard so I could see you again.” he adds. “I ended up asking Travis about you, for every chance that I had and so… When I found out about this trip,” his voice getting lower, “I … drag Jake to volunteer on this trip, so I could meet you, again.”
I scoffs again, pushed him lightly as I step back. “You’re kidding.”
He smiles and let got of my face. “I’m not.”
“Then,… I must be dreaming.” I points out.
“And, also… I got to confess that I was disappointed that your students end up picking Jake as your tour guide and not me,” he adds.
“Okay…. I’m definitely dreaming.” I nods. I’m very positive that I’m dreaming right now. There’s no way in hell that Logan freaking Lerman confessing all of this on me. He let out a soft chuckles and walks towards me. He place his hands on my waist and tilted his head as his eyes lock once more with mine, “You intrigue me, Pgie.”
    “You knew my name?”
Logan seems to be a little surprised at the question but then, he just shrug at me. I literally have no explanation for everything. Did I fall asleep during the field trip or something? Well there’s one way to find out. “Hit me.” I said.
He blinks and furrow his brows, “Sorry?”
I place my hands on his arms, “I said, hit m— Oh wait, it would hurt though, if it wasn’t a dre—-“ he shut me up with a kiss. My breath caught up on my throat at his sudden kiss. But I slowly reciprocate his kiss. In case this is a dream, at least I get to kiss him.
Then he leans back, grinning. “Go out with me?” he asked. I blink few times, trying to reprocess everything. I can still feel his lips ghastly on my lips. “Okay, that’s it—- Now, I’m super positive—-“ and he gave me another surprise kiss but this time, a little longer that the previous one. I licked my lips, still staring at him in disbelief. “You know,” A teasing grins appeared on his lips, “I don’t actually mind kissing you until you believe this is actually real,”
“Okay. Okay!I believe you.” I quickly said. “Whew!”
He chuckles. “So, you agree to go out with me?” he asked again.
“Whoa, easy, tiger!” I raise my hands up. He extended his arms, leaving a bigger space between us.
“ I’m still having a hard time to process the fact that my celebrity crush just kissed me.” I told him, “And now…. He’s asking me if I wanna go out with him.” I furrowed my brow, still confuse with everything
Logan give me a questioning look, “Is that a bad thing or a good thing?”
“Hmm,” I leans my head back, narrowing my eyes at him. “I’m not sure.”
“Oh?” he look disappointed. “So…. Is there anything I can do to help you making up your mind then?”
Still looking at him, suddenly I remember of my promise to Regina, “Mayyyyybe?” I batted my eyes at him. He laughs, “Okay, tell me.”
Gosh, I just love his smiles. “Hm…. Well,” I place my hands on his shoulder and he pull me closer to him. “I kind of promise Reggie that I would get her a pins with Percy Jackson logo’s on it,” I told him. Looking squarely at him, with my puppy eyes.
He stared at me longingly for a second and said, “So… If I get her the pin, you’d agree to go out with me then?”
I pursed my lips, considering my answer. Well, I already have the answer, it just that I wanna tease some more. “Hmmmm…..” I tapped my finger on my chin. He pouted his lips and gave me the puppy eye look.  Slowly a grins stretched on my lips, “Only if you agrees to give each one of my students.” I said, and crossed my arms around his neck. He grins, “Deal,” and planted another kiss on my lips.

“So that’s mean like, you’ve been crushing on me too?”
Logan shrugs, “I guess you can say it like that,” he replied. We were on our way back to the campfire site, hand in hand.
“Wow….” I breathe, “Logan Lerman crushing on me.” and he chuckles.
“Where have you guys been?” Jake raised his brows at both of us and then notices our joined hands, he mouthed ‘ah’ and send us a wink. I blushed at that. “I’m gonna go with the kids,” I told Logan and excuse myself to join my students at the other side of the fires. I look around, give a polite nods at the crew that happen to make an eye contact with me and I realised that I didn’t see Holly anywhere.
“Hey, guys. Having fun?” I asked and sat next to Sophie. The other kids quickly hurdled around me.
“So,” Travis sat down next to me. “Are you and my uncle a thing now?” he asked.
I narrowed my eyes at him, “Who wants to know?” I asked him back, in deep voice.
“I, Godric Gryffindor requesting for answer,” he growled back, scrunching his face, so he looks grumpy.
I laughs, “Hmmm….. I wonder…” I tapped my finger on my chin.
“Oh come on, Miss,” Regina slumps her shoulder, “We literally saw you two holding hands,” she points out and her friends agrees with her. I grins, “Well,…” I noticed Logan were on his way towards us and turn my gaze back at them, “Why don’t you ask him yourself?”
“Ask me what?” Logan asked. He handed me a drink.
“Are you guys like, dating now?” Theresa asked, crossing her arms over her chest. I bit my lips, trying to stop myself from grinning. That question sounded funny to me. It still feel so surreal.
Logan smirks, and planted a soft kiss on my cheek, “Yes, we are.”
Regina gasped, cupping her excited face with her little hands, “For real?”
I rested my head on Logan’s broad shoulder.
“So it’s true?” Sophie turn to ask.
“About what?”
“That your heart only belong to Logan Lerman?” she said, as if stating the obvious. My cheek reddened that I gasped. I can’t believe that she just say that in front of Logan himself.
Logan raised his brows, amused. I turn at him, giving him an apologetic looks, “Like I said—- I was—-“ And he cuts me off with a short kiss. I heard the kids and the crew cheers.
He grins and leans in, “Good to know.”
“And you definitely need to stop doing that,” I warned him. He look down at me with a smirks and leans in to give another kiss, “Not happening,” he winked. I roll my eyes, but can’t help not to smile.

THE END.
